A Troon-area palette for the 85255 corridor.
Troon Village’s own standalone approved plant list isn’t publicly available online — it’s part of the Troon Village Association Standards & Procedures document distributed to homeowners through the association office. In the meantime, this page shows the plant palette consistent with the City of Scottsdale Environmentally Sensitive Lands Ordinance (ESLO) and the de facto consensus palette used across the broader Troon area — the species that reliably pass North Scottsdale ACC review in neighboring communities like Troon North, Estancia, Pinnacle Peak Country Club, and DC Ranch. Have the Troon Village list in hand? Text us at 612-214-1955 and we’ll match it exactly.
