Each per-HOA page is built from that community’s publicly-posted design guidelines, ACC packet, or landscape standards. Source links are shown on every community page. For a few communities whose guidelines are member-only, we use the closest city/zone-level palette and disclose it on the page — call the HOA for the exact list.
What if a plant I want isn’t on my HOA’s approved list?
Don’t plant it — or get an ACC variance first. HOAs vary wildly on what gets approved vs. rejected. Sissoo, Olive, Chilean Mesquite, Italian Cypress, and Mexican Fan Palm are approved at some HOAs and banned at others. Starting with your HOA’s approved list avoids the rework.
