Activate Your Plant Warranty
Your plant coverage turns on when you send us photos of your plants in the ground. It takes a couple of minutes, and you only do it once.
This step is required
It applies to the free 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee as well as the paid 90-day and 1-year warranties. The only coverage that does not need it is the 24-hour Arrival Guarantee, which is automatic on delivery day.
Every plant you had delivered has to appear in your photos. A plant we never see in the ground is not a plant we can replace.
What you need
- Your order number. It looks like #1234 and it is at the top of your order confirmation email.
- Photos of every plant you had delivered, in the ground. Not in the pot, not staged on the driveway. Planted.
- The drip line or emitter visible at the base of each one. Close enough that we can see the water source.
You do not need a separate photo of every plant. One wide shot can cover several plants at once, as long as we can clearly see each plant and the emitter at its base. Ten plants might be three or four photos. Just make sure nothing is left out, because anything we cannot see is not covered.
Send the photos straight off your phone rather than screenshots. Your phone records the date a photo was taken, and that date is what backs up your claim later.
Upload tip: the first photo box accepts as many photos as you need. If the drip-line box only lets you pick one, add that one and put any remaining drip photos in the first box. Both boxes come to the same place, so nothing is lost.
Why we ask for this
We used to ask for these photos only when something went wrong, which meant nobody had them and we ended up denying claims from people who had done everything right. That was our mistake and we fixed it.
Now we ask up front, while your plants are healthy and standing in front of you. Once your photos are on file, a future claim takes one email and no argument. If a covered plant dies, we replace it.
The deadline
Send your photos within 10 days of delivery. After that we have no way to confirm the plants were planted and watered correctly, so we cannot activate coverage.
We email you this link a few days after your delivery, so you do not have to remember on your own.
Delivered before October 13, 2026?
This upload page is new. The photo requirement is not. The warranty has always required dated photos of your plants in the ground and on drip irrigation, taken at planting time. That was stated on the product page when you bought and in the emails we sent with your order.
So if you took those photos at planting, email them to azshop@threetimbersservices.com with your order number and we will put them on file and honor your coverage. If you did not take them, we have no way to confirm the plants were ever planted and watered correctly, and we cannot approve a replacement claim.
Activate your coverage
Questions, or cannot meet the requirements?
If you are hand-watering, or your plants are staying in pots, the paid Plant Survival Warranty will not cover them. Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the warranty fee, no questions asked.
