Extra peace of mind for your new landscape. If a covered plant does not survive, we replace it. You cover a flat $29 replacement-delivery fee. Choose your term and coverage level by order total at checkout.
Before you buy, please read this
This coverage requires drip irrigation at every covered plant, and the plants must be planted in the ground within 7 days of delivery. Plants left in their pots are not covered.
If you are hand-watering or will not be running drip, buy the plants and skip this warranty. We would rather you keep your money than pay for coverage you cannot use. Not sure? Text us at 612-214-1955 before you buy.
How your coverage turns on
Your warranty is not active the moment you buy it. It activates when you send us two photos, which takes about a minute:
- Your plant in the ground
- The drip line or emitter at the base of that plant
We email you the activation link a few days after delivery. You have 10 days from delivery to send the photos. This is how we can approve real claims quickly instead of asking you to prove what happened months later.
What is covered
- Two terms: 90 days or a full year from delivery.
- One replacement per plant, capped at the original purchase price.
- A flat $29 replacement-delivery fee applies to each replacement.

What is not covered
- Plants left potted or never planted in the ground
- Over-watering or under-watering
- Neglect, transplanting after delivery, or relocation
- Pests, disease introduced after delivery, vandalism, or animal damage
- Frost, freeze, drought, flood, wind, hail, or fire
- Installation labor on replacements

Excellent program!
The tree was bigger than I expected and was in great shape. I would recommend anyone in the Phoenix area to look into purchasing from Three Timbers. Price was about a 10th of other landscaping. Customer service was outstanding.
